I qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist from City University in 2014. Since then I have been working in the NHS with children aged 3 – 11 in a range of different settings including mainstream primary schools, children’s centres, nurseries and pre-schools.

I have worked with children aged 3-11 who have:

  • Difficulties understanding language and following instructions
  • Difficulties using language to explain themselves
  • Difficulties making certain sounds
  • Learning difficulties
  • Autism spectrum disorder

I am trained in a range of approaches including:- Parent Child Interaction (PCI), Attention Autism, Foundation Level Makaton and Word Aware.

I am a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and The Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice (ASLTIP).
